Do you repair computers?
No. I focus on everyday computer and digital help rather than hardware repair, component replacement or specialist data recovery.
Can you help online?
Yes. Many tasks are suitable for online help, and it is often the quickest and most convenient option.
Can you come to my home?
For suitable tasks, I offer in-person appointments in Central London. I’m based near Tower Hill, so please send your postcode and I’ll confirm availability and the price.
Will I need to give you my passwords?
No. You enter your own passwords, PINs, payment-card details and security codes. I will never ask you to send them to me or store them for you.
How much does it cost?
Online help starts from £35. Central London home visits start from £95. I’ll confirm the scope and price before you decide whether to book.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
I’ll check what you’re trying to do, whether it’s within my scope and whether online or in-person help is the best option. If I can help, I’ll confirm the expected scope and price. There’s no obligation to book.
