If the task and location are suitable, a local in-person session may also be possible. 3 ### You know the plan and price I’ll explain what I can help with and confirm the price before you decide whether to book. ### You stay in control For your security, you enter your own passwords, PINs, card details and security codes. I will never ask you to send them to me or store them for you. Online help is available wherever you are. **Typical online prices** £35 — up to 30 minutes£55 — up to 60 minutes Longer or more complex help can be quoted separately. ### Local in-person sessions Limited in-person help may be available by prior arrangement around St Katharine Docks, Tower Hill and West Wapping in London. Sessions are usually arranged at a suitable public location. For some tasks that genuinely need to be done at your location, a local visit may also be possible by prior arrangement.
